Nothing has been announced. On past Guild Wars betas, access came through the official site and an ArenaNet account — never through a third party, and never for sale.
If a site offers you a key today
It is not real. There is no beta build, so there is nothing to hand out. Key giveaways, “guaranteed access” purchases and early-access resellers for Guild Wars 3 are all fabricated, because the thing they claim to sell does not exist yet.
What to watch instead
Beta news will arrive as an official post. Those land here within hours of publication — follow the news feed or the reveal timeline.
